i have always had the biggest sweet tooth, not gonna lie. so, when i had to figure out what to do with my life my senior year of HS, i decided to give culinary arts a try. [i was watching *A LOT* of food network at the time, my fav show was ace of cakes for context] in the end, it only made sense that I gravitated towards dessert. i love and appreciate the entire world that is baking and pastry arts. however, my true love will always be decorating cakes. 15 years of jobs, practice, a whole lot of trials and tribulations later, here i am! finally owning my passion in life. i  pull inspiration from art, nature, and music [mostly taylor swift, let's be real] and i believe sprinkles make everything better.
